At Firewire Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your unused items, including all original tags and fins, into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your surfboard box or accessory package.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
